- Manage high-volume correspondence and communications for federal agency clients.

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new federal employees.
- Process expense reports and procure necessary office supplies efficiently.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a federal security clearance.
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in a federal, military, or high-level corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
