Responsibilities
- Manage and process complex administrative documentation including veterans' records, correspondence, and regulatory compliance materials
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and logistics for departmental leadership and inter-agency initiatives
- Utilize federal IT systems (e.g., VA's VISTA and SharePoint) for data management and reporting
- Provide frontline support to internal stakeholders and external partners regarding administrative procedures
- Assist in budget tracking, procurement processes, and inventory management
- Develop and maintain standardized administrative templates and workflow documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in federal/government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal IT systems
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
