Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal programs, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budget constraints.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for federal stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external government agencies to resolve programmatic issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, OMB guidelines, and agency policies.
- Assist in the development and tracking of annual budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct research on industry best practices to recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with federal data management standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field (4 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal, state, or local government administration or program management.
- Strong working knowledge of federal procurement processes, budgeting, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise policy briefs and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software platforms (e.g., SharePoint, JIRA).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
