Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support federal program development and strategic planning.
- Review and interpret complex federal regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure organizational compliance.
- Prepare high-level reports, briefing papers, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize administrative workflows and improve efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including internal teams and external federal partners.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with federal standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in federal or state administrative roles, policy analysis, or program management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and government database systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
