Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence and ensure timely, professional responses to federal stakeholders and agency partners.
- Maintain and organize complex filing systems and digital databases in strict compliance with federal record-keeping standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefing materials, and official documentation for senior leadership.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and meeting schedules for federal project teams and visiting officials.
- Process sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Support Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and general administrative support for the operations department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a government, defense, or high-level corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, compliance requirements, and security protocols.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft formal correspondence.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
