Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations and agency policies.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and prepare detailed briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Process and audit financial documents, travel authorizations, and expense reports with strict attention to accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Maintain and organize sensitive personnel and confidential records in strict accordance with privacy laws and regulations.
- Prepare and distribute routine correspondence, memos, and official agency publications.
- Assist in the planning and execution of agency events and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal, state, or local government administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with government case management software.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, compliance standards, and OPM guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
