Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain federal records in strict compliance with established guidelines and retention schedules.
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements and meeting schedules for federal officials and senior leadership.
• Draft, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.
• Assist with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and document processing.
• Ensure the strict confidentiality and security of sensitive government documents and data.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming federal inquiries and visitors.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases for office operations.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of administrative experience within a government, legal, or corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Strong understanding of federal regulations, compliance standards, and record-keeping protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
