Key Duties:
As a Federal Administrative Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring strict adherence to federal record-keeping protocols and FOIA regulations.
- Coordinating complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive staff with high attention to detail.
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new federal employees, including processing paperwork and orientation.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and overseeing facility upkeep to ensure a productive work environment.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this immediate hire position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a federal security clearance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal case management software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft formal correspondence.
