Responsibilities
- Process and manage confidential federal documentation with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and scheduling for executive personnel
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes using federal accounting systems
- Conduct research and prepare detailed reports for policy initiatives
- Implement records management protocols in accordance with NARA guidelines
- Assist in onboarding new temporary staff with security clearances
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases (e.g., SF-50, eOPF)
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and records management
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
