Responsibilities
- Process and manage veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with federal agencies to resolve complex case issues
- Maintain secure electronic records in accordance with federal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Generate monthly compliance reports for senior leadership
- Train new staff on VA protocols and systems
- Support outreach initiatives to connect veterans with services
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree or 2+ years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience with multi-agency coordination preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
