Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate office operations including scheduling, procurement, and facilities management
- Process personnel actions and maintain HR databases with 100% accuracy
- Prepare reports and briefings using Microsoft Office Suite and specialized federal systems
- Serve as primary liaison for interdepartmental communications and stakeholder relations

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
