Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling and calendar systems for senior leadership
- Process and maintain confidential veteran benefits documentation with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and stakeholder meetings
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations using federal formatting standards
- Oversee office supply inventory and procurement procedures
- Implement and maintain records management systems compliant with federal regulations
- Provide frontline support to walk-in visitors and phone inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal document management systems
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Expertise in federal records retention policies (FAR, NARA standards)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion
