Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex administrative workflows across multiple departments
- Coordinate veteran outreach programs and stakeholder communications
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee records management and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Provide logistical support for high-profile meetings and events
- Utilize federal IT systems including VA-specific databases and Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement processes
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years of federal administrative experience or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a moderate-risk background clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
