Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain classified/unclassified records in accordance with federal regulations
- Coordinate complex scheduling for 15+ executive staff and interagency meetings
- Process travel authorizations, vouchers, and expense reimbursements through MAXHR
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership
- Oversee office operations, supply inventory, and facility maintenance requests
- Serve as primary liaison for HR, IT, and procurement requests
- Implement and monitor compliance with federal records management policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of federal administrative experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Knowledge of federal travel regulations (FTR) and procurement procedures
- Experience with records management systems (e.g., SharePoint, RMRS)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
