Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential federal records in accordance with NARA guidelines
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and executive scheduling
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and policy briefings
- Oversee procurement processes and budget tracking for departmental projects
- Implement and optimize administrative workflow systems using GSA-approved tools
- Conduct compliance audits for federal administrative procedures
- Provide onboarding support for new federal personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in federal procurement systems (FPDS-NG)
- Expert knowledge of FMR 41-35 records management
- Clearable Secret security clearance eligibility
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite certification
- Familiarity with DOI administrative policies
- TS/BI clearance preferred
