Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Prepare, edit, and distribute official correspondence, reports, and policy documents
- Oversee records management, document retention, and FOIA compliance procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and serve as primary liaison between departments
- Process personnel actions, onboarding, and training coordination for team members
- Conduct budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement documentation
- Implement federal records management systems (e.g., NARA standards)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and records management
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Exceptional written communication and organizational skills
- Experience with federal HR systems (e.g., DEERS, NSIPS)
