Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, ensuring accurate filing and retention policies.
- Prepare and edit a variety of administrative documents, memos, and presentations with a focus on clarity, grammar, and professional tone.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for senior staff, ensuring all logistics are handled flawlessly.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal security protocols, privacy regulations, and office management procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, statistics, and budget summaries for management review.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries professionally and directing calls effectively.
Qualifications:
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or high-level administrative support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and federal case management software (e.g., JHA, eCMS).
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 45-50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
