Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior officials.
- Prepare, edit, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate office records and filing systems in compliance with federal regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Assist in the organization of agency events, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders within established timeframes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience.
- Familiarity with federal government procedures and regulations is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
