Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare briefing materials for senior leadership and federal officials.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, privacy policies, and agency-specific administrative protocols at all times.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for inter-agency communications, facilitating correspondence and meeting coordination.
- Records Management: Oversee the organization, retention, and digitization of sensitive government records and classified documentation.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute high-profile conferences, stakeholder meetings, and internal training sessions.
- Procurement Assistance: Support the requisition process for office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring budget adherence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is required; an Associate's degree with significant federal experience is acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience within the federal government or a top-tier defense contracting firm.
- Clearance: Must be eligible for a Secret Clearance or higher.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and federal government-specific software (e.g., JAMS, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro).
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft formal correspondence and executive summaries.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workflows and maintain absolute accuracy with sensitive information.
