Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling
- Manage electronic records systems in compliance with federal protocols
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvements
- Assist in budget tracking and expenditure reporting
- Provide frontline support to veteran inquiries and case management
- Collaborate with IT teams on system implementations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with veteran affairs programs preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak periods
