Responsibilities
- Process and verify veteran benefit applications with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with federal agencies and community partners for resource allocation
- Maintain confidential records in accordance with federal regulations (FOIA, HIPAA)
- Support outreach initiatives for underserved veteran populations
- Assist in data analysis for program improvement initiatives
- Facilitate internal compliance audits and documentation reviews
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal database systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of veteran benefits programs (VA, DoD, SSA)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced regulatory environment
