Responsibilities
- Manage classified/unclassified document processing with strict adherence to federal protocols
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and stakeholder briefings
- Maintain digital records using VA-approved systems (VISTA, EHR)
- Support veterans benefits inquiries with empathy and regulatory accuracy
- Prepare executive correspondence and compliance reports
- Facilitate cross-functional project logistics for veteran outreach programs
- Ensure HIPAA/FERPA compliance in all data handling
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- 3+ years administrative experience in government/regulated environment

- TS/SCI clearance preferred but not required for interim roles
