Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including filing, mail distribution, and supply inventory management for federal projects.
- Prepare, review, and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and briefings for senior federal officials.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and meeting schedules for executive leadership.
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations, privacy policies, and agency security protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Assist in the preparation of budget requests and financial reporting documentation.
- Manage the digital document management system to ensure records are accurately archived and retrievable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of administrative experience, preferably within the federal government or a government contractor environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (or Secret) Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
