Responsibilities
- Manage complex federal documentation systems ensuring compliance with 31 CFR Part 12 regulations
- Coordinate executive scheduling and correspondence requiring strict confidentiality protocols
- Analyze administrative data using Microsoft Excel and SharePoint to generate performance reports
- Facilitate inter-agency communications through secure federal email systems (e.g., GovDelivery)
- Oversee procurement processes for office supplies following FAR Part 13 guidelines
- Prepare official correspondence and briefings using GSA-approved templates
- Maintain physical and digital records in accordance with NARA standards
- Support cross-functional teams during audits and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal or state administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) at expert level
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and records management standards
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with GSA Advantage e-procurement systems
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
- Certification in Federal Administrative Procedures (e.g., FEMA E-511) preferred
