Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex federal records and document control systems.
- Coordinate complex schedules for executive leadership and government stakeholders.
- Prepare and process travel orders, timesheets, and expense reports in strict adherence to federal guidelines.
- Facilitate clear communication between federal clients and internal project teams.
- Assist with compliance audits and ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.
- Provide high-level administrative support for meeting preparation, including drafting agendas and minutes.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within the federal or government contracting sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, procurement processes, or compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a government security clearance (if applicable).
