Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit applications and documentation with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate with federal agencies and stakeholders to resolve complex cases
- Maintain compliance with VA regulations and federal privacy laws (HIPAA/FOIA)
- Lead cross-functional teams during emergency response scenarios
- Analyze data trends to improve service delivery metrics
- Train staff on updated federal procedures and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal/government experience required
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated crisis management experience
- VA Form 10-2850c application mandatory
