- Process personnel actions, timekeeping, and HR-related documentation
- Analyze and prepare reports for senior leadership and congressional inquiries
- Ensure adherence to federal records management (NARA) and FOIA regulations
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative project coordination
- Maintain confidential databases and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal systems (e.g., HRIS, GSA)
- Strong knowledge of federal HR procedures and regulations (5 CFR)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
