Responsibilities
- Process and verify complex federal documentation for benefits eligibility
- Manage confidential citizen records with strict adherence to HIPAA and federal privacy laws
- Coordinate inter-agency communications for multi-jurisdictional cases
- Prepare detailed administrative reports for congressional oversight committees
- Train and mentor junior staff on federal compliance procedures
- Implement new digital record-keeping systems per federal mandates
- Respond to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests within regulatory deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience (GS-5 level or equivalent)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Proficiency in GSA-approved document management systems
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Professional certification in Federal HR Management (preferred)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with citizen complaint resolution protocols
- US Citizenship required
