- Provide in-person support to veterans accessing weekend services
- Collaborate with weekday staff for continuity of care
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in VA benefits systems (VBMS, VBA)
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and federal privacy regulations
