Responsibilities
- Manage federal documentation systems ensuring compliance with 5 CFR regulations
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and stakeholder meetings
- Process administrative requests with precision and timeliness
- Maintain confidential records in accordance with federal privacy laws
- Support budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Assist in training new staff on federal protocols
- Generate reports for senior leadership using GSA-approved systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
