Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit applications and documentation processing
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and scheduling
- Maintain accurate federal compliance records and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service to veteran stakeholders
- Support budget tracking and expense report submissions
- Assist with special event coordination and outreach programs
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal background clearance
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government/regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal systems
- Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with veteran affairs or similar programs preferred
