Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate multi-departmental projects using federal compliance protocols
- Manage electronic records systems (VA VISTA) with HIPAA compliance
- Conduct eligibility screenings for federal healthcare programs
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional inquiries and audits
- Train new staff on federal regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA-specific systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- BS/BA degree or relevant professional certification
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
