Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement federal compliance frameworks (HIPAA, VA directives)
- Conduct risk assessments for healthcare program operations
- Develop corrective action plans for regulatory violations

- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance experience
- VA/Federal regulatory knowledge (FAR, DFARS, HIPAA)
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Project management certification (PMP preferred)
- Experience with VA VistA system
- Active federal security clearance
