Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations including DHS protocols and 42 CFR Part 2
- Conduct compliance audits and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for program operations
- Coordinate with federal agencies including FBI and DEA on joint initiatives
- Maintain confidential case files and electronic documentation systems
- Train staff on regulatory updates and compliance procedures
- Prepare quarterly compliance reports for congressional oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Proficiency in SAM.gov and federal procurement systems
- Advanced knowledge of CFR Title 45 and HIPAA regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in audit methodologies
- Ability to manage competing priorities under strict deadlines
