Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with DoD and federal regulations in aerospace manufacturing
- Conduct internal audits and process improvements
- Coordinate with federal agencies (DCAA, DCMA) for inspections
- Develop compliance training programs for staff
- Maintain meticulous documentation of compliance activities
- Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance experience
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Knowledge of DFARS, FAR, and ITAR regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with DoD contract management
