Responsibilities
- Administer full contract lifecycle management including solicitation, award, modification, and closeout
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Conduct cost/price analysis and negotiate terms with contractors
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables against schedule/milestones
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation in the FPDS-NG system
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and program offices on contract execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience or equivalent commercial experience
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or DAWIA Level II certification
- Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS and acquisition regulations
- Proficient in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
