Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract compliance and documentation under FAR/DFARS regulations
- Coordinate with government agencies on deliverables and reporting requirements
- Process daily timesheets and expense reports for rapid payment
- Conduct periodic performance reviews for subcontractors
- Maintain strict security protocols for sensitive government data
- Support contract modifications and renewal negotiations
- Prepare monthly compliance reports for federal auditors
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance
- 3+ years federal contracting experience under FAR/DFARS
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and GSA Advantage systems
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Daily pay processing experience required
