Responsibilities
- Process federal contract documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with GSA and other federal agencies for compliance
- Conduct daily audits of procurement records
- Prepare same-day payment reconciliation reports
- Support emergency response task forces as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to FAR regulations
- Train temporary staff on federal protocols
Qualifications
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 3+ years federal procurement experience
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Daily availability for on-site assignments
- US citizenship and clean background check
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
