Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls for federal IT systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate remediation efforts
- Develop and maintain security documentation and policies
- Collaborate with federal agencies on security initiatives
- Stay current with evolving cyber threats and defense techniques
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years cybersecurity experience
- Security+ CE certification (or equivalent)
- Experience with NIST frameworks and FedRAMP compliance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
