- Ensure compliance with federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to identify data trends and predictive patterns
- Design automated data pipelines using Python/SQL to enhance reporting efficiency
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Maintain documentation of data methodologies and quality assurance processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal/government data analysis and compliance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of federal data privacy regulations and security standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain federal security clearance
