Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret federal datasets from agencies like CMS, EPA, and SSA using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, PII protocols)
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to monitor KPIs for agency performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to federal leadership through concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience analyzing federal or government datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of federal data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
