Responsibilities
- Analyze classified and unclassified datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for federal stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and audit trail documentation
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on special projects including election security and public health initiatives
- Maintain compliance with FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal data regulations
- Present findings to senior officials through concise executive summaries and visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems (e.g., DOD, DHS, or VA databases)
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Certification in CISSP or CIPP/US strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale data transformation projects
