Responsibilities
- Analyze federal compliance datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure data integrity across federal databases and implement quality controls
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on strategic data initiatives
- Prepare compliance reports for regulatory agencies (DHS, OMB)
- Optimize data pipelines for large-scale federal datasets
- Maintain strict adherence to FISMA and NIST security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with federal reporting systems (e.g., EIS, FISMA)
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and data visualization
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
