Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for agency stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policy impact assessments
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control processes
- Support FOIA requests and data transparency initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data analysis projects
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Expert knowledge of federal data regulations (NIST, OMB guidelines)
- Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
- Clearances: Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Certifications: CDMP or equivalent data management certification
