Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (NIST standards)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Generate detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Support data governance initiatives and quality assurance processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with federal/government data
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of federal data regulations (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA)
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in data governance or analytics (e.g., CDMP, CDA) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours (core hours 10am-3pm with adjustable schedule)
