Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for veteran service programs
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings to senior leadership through visual storytelling
- Maintain and optimize data warehouse integrity
- Support continuous improvement of data governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal/military data systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of federal privacy regulations and data security standards
- Certification in federal data management (e.g., CIPM) strongly preferred
- Experience with veterans healthcare data a major plus
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
