Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NISPOM)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal government data analysis experience
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret eligible)
- Knowledge of federal data governance frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., CDA, CDMP) preferred
