Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends in veteran healthcare outcomes
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA) and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize data collection methodologies
- Present findings to senior leadership through concise executive summaries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with large datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Experience with federal data systems and compliance standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Strong statistical modeling and data visualization skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
