Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop automated reporting systems for federal agency stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal data regulations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven decision making

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal government data analysis experience
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R for statistical modeling
- Proficiency with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend)
- Familiarity with federal data standards (FIPS, NIST frameworks)
- Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Certification in CISSP or CIPP preferred
