Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends supporting policy recommendations
- Design and maintain SQL databases for federal compliance reporting
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for agency stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects with DOJ, HHS, and Treasury Department teams
- Ensure adherence to FISMA, HIPAA, and federal data governance standards
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive-level briefings
- Mentor junior analysts on federal data protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience with federal/government data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI
- Deep knowledge of federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Experience with geospatial analysis (GIS/QGIS)
- Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Top Secret clearance eligibility or current clearance
